We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel, where the breakfast was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special mention goes to Paulo at reception, who was an absolute great gentlemen. As a family, traveling can be challenging, but Paulo’s kindness and professionalism made everything so much easier. His warmth and attentiveness truly touched our hearts and made our stay unforgettable.

Service was perfect - all of the staff were very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile with information and advice. Breakfast was perfectly fine. The hotel was really clean and location was slightly out of the main city centre which is what we prefer. Lovely walk back each day from city centre or the castle.

The property is very clean and comfortable, it is at a great location and public transport is very close to the hotel, i highly recommend. The staff were very helpful, nice and understanding. Overall, i loved the hotel and the staffs hospitality!

We liked how clean it is, and how easy it was to get to the city centre and public bus stations. The breakfast provided by the hotel is also nice. Staff is helpful.

Nicely situated at walking distance to the city center. We were traveling with our 2 teenagers , shared a room that was clean and comfortable. Very welcoming staff. We highly recommend this hotel. Thank you!

Hotel has their own restaurant, but it was full of senior tourists, found a good local trattoria (Alba) next door. Room was basic but ok and clean. Breakfast is standard but with good fresh Italian coffee and very friendly staff. Overall, all fine.

More than we expected. We ended up in a 5 stars rooms thinking we’ve booked an ordinary hotel. A man on the reception was extremely kind and responsive.
